The founder of the Lanchester Wellness Institute, Nathan Sanet, received his diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Theory & Practice from the Osteopathic College of Ontario. Prior to to his osteopathic training, he attended the National Massage Therapy Institute as well as West Chester University where he studied nutrition & dietetics.
Nathan fortunately (or unfortunately) has suffered and recovered from many of the ailments that he treats today. Into his early twenties he played many sports and spent 6 years bodybuilding. He knows all too well the pain and results of spasms, herniations, strains, sprains, bangs, bumps & bruises. As a practitioner, this provides a unique perspective and results in a more empathetic treatment.
In addition to musculoskeletal, work related & sport related injuries, Nathan also has a strong background treating babies & children. This includes a broad spectrum ranging from babies with colic, nursing problems or restlessness & irritability, up to and including developmental delays and disabilities such as autism, ADD/ADHD, down syndrome, speech impediments & nighttime incontinence.
Nathan specializes in Osteopathic techniques such as cranial, myofascial, visceral & more. To find out more about the techniques used, click the treatment tab above.
In his free time Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda and his children Logan and Mikayla. Nathan is also an avid hunter, fly fisherman and loves to travel.
